This student-cantered role involves addressing student queries, organizing workshops, and facilitating teaching-related activities. The SST acts as an advisor to students, offering guidance and support to help them succeed academically. They liaise between students, lecturers, and other team members, ensuring that students receive the necessary support for their academic progress and retention.
